At HopeBridge Lifecare, we are more than just a disability service provider, we are a team of people who genuinely care. Founded by a group of passionate professionals with firsthand experience in the disability sector, we created HopeBridge to offer the kind of respectful, person-centred support we would want for our own families.

We are a registered NDIS provider based in Canberra, offering a wide range of supports including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), high-intensity personal care, and community participation. Our services are built on trust, consistency, and a deep belief in each person’s right to live life on their own terms.
